About This Project

1. To run well communities must be able to share news and information effectively
2. To do that it needs to know who is in the community
3. So it needs a local community directory
4. We are now building a Double Bay Local Community Directory
5. Every Business, Charity and Community Organisation is invited to join​
6. ​Annual Membership is just $250 per organisation.
7. Officially Registered Charities can join for free (Usually have a ".org.au" website) 

Free Goldcard Membership

1. Every Membership Organisation receives two Free Eastern Suburbs Goldcard valued at $50
2. Up to 10 additional cards can be purchased for just $10 each for staff members, family or friends

Here's An Example of How Much You Can Save

For example imagine 6 friends catching up at the Golden Sheaf once a month. Each has a bite to eat and two drinks - Conservatively, say $40 a person - That's 6 x $40 = $240 per visit and a saving of $24 per month. Having a card will the save 12 x $24 = $288 a year from just one offer - That's $48 per person (like finding an unexpected  $50 note in your pocket)

About The GOLDCARD Rewards Program

The GOLDCARD Community Rewards Program brings together local Businesses and Organisations that wish to make Special Offers and local Residents and Visitors who wish to enjoy them. The program is for everyone between Sydney Harbour and Botany Bay.

How It Works

Businesses and Organisations can become Participating Members for free and provide benefits - GOLDCARD Members can enjoy those benefits anywhere in the Eastern Suburbs by presenting their Membership Card to Participating Members: -

• All GOLDCARD Members are automatically members of "Friends of Eastern Suburbs Life" and can also be a member of one Local Community free of charge e.g. "Friends of Maroubra" or "Friends of Double Bay"
• If they wish, GOLDCARD Members can also create additional groups e.g. for a Social Club, Community Organisation, or Commercial Project. Just call Rose on 0493 499 264 for further details.
