ABOUT EASTERN SUBURBS BUSINESS COLLABORATIVE
The Eastern Suburbs Business Collaborative is specifically for business people who wish to work together to help each other collaboratively. Collaboration goes beyond networking and simple cooperation and extends to sharing ideas, marketing activities and other resources. Businesses that collaborate are proven to outperform those that don't.
This group allows members to find each other, share information and work together effectively without having to spend undue time on meetings, administration and other distractions. The role of Eastern Suburbs Collaborative is not to run this group, but to act as a catalyst making it easier for collaboration to take place.
The group helps members collaborate spontaneously and has no management structure. Instead it provides resources, training and support to help members achieve their own objectives.
Members are encouraged to actively grow the Business Collaborative Network, and are rewarded to do so. Each member belongs to a Membership Chapter that can grow to 120 members (so that people can get to know each other and work together) - Members can leave one chapter and set up a new one of their own if they wish.
People who join now will be Founding Members and will join the "1st Business Chapter" - Subsequent Chapters will be 2nd, 3rd and 4th etc. There will only ever be 120 Founding Members.
